Pricing, published in full

In Canadian dollars, month to month. No quote form, no discovery call before you can see a number.

Almost nobody in this industry publishes prices. That is not because pricing is complicated. It is because a buyer who cannot calibrate is easier to quote.

So here are ours. If we are too expensive for you, you can work that out in ten seconds rather than after two meetings.

One person

Solo, $199 a month flat. Managed device, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, security set up properly, backups, and same-day help when you need it. One person, one price, no per-user arithmetic.

Two people and up

Per person, and only for the seats you actually use.

  • Foundation, $125 per user per month. Two to five people, nothing complicated. Same business day response, login security and device protection set up at onboarding, and support for the network you already have.
  • Complete, $175 per user per month. Most firms and funded startups take this. Two business hour response, thirty minutes if you are down. Security managed by us, and we get you insurance-ready. One automation a year plus reporting on your IT.
  • Complete plus Automation, $225 per user per month. For teams losing hours a week to repetitive work. Everything in Complete, plus one automation a quarter, an internal app to replace a spreadsheet, and Power BI dashboards built on your own numbers.

The other numbers

  • Onboarding: $750 to $1,500, once, depending on the state of what we inherit
  • Out of scope and project work: $150 an hour
  • On-site visits: $150 an hour, with two a year included on Complete for teams of three or more
  • Microsoft and Google licences: billed at their price, not marked up
  • Minimum users: none. We start at one
  • Term: month to month. No lock-in and no exit fee
  • If we miss a response time: a 10% credit on that month, once a month, claimable by asking. It is in the service level agreement, not just on a page. Read the clause as written

In every plan, at every price

  • Unlimited help desk, with no per-ticket charges
  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration
  • Device setup, patching, and encrypted cloud backup
  • Staff onboarding and offboarding
  • A written scope that says what is included and what is not
  • Your systems documented, and the documentation is yours to take

Is that reasonable?

Fully managed IT in Metro Vancouver generally runs $110 to $250 per user per month. Hourly work runs $120 to $200. One-time onboarding runs anywhere from nothing to several thousand.

Which puts us in the middle of the market. We are not the cheapest option in the Lower Mainland and we are not trying to be. The full breakdown, including competitors' ranges, is in what managed IT actually costs in Metro Vancouver.

Why two quotes can differ by $95 a user and both be fair

Because they are usually not selling the same thing. Security bundled in one and billed as line items in the other. Help desk uncapped in one and quietly metered in the other. Microsoft 365 backup included in one and eight dollars a user in the other.

Ask every provider the same question: the all-in monthly cost for your exact headcount, with everything they would recommend included. There is a free quote comparison spreadsheet that puts three proposals side by side on seventeen lines, and twelve questions to ask before you sign.

Extras, priced in advance

  • Onboarding: $750 to $1,500 one-time, depending on how much needs untangling. Waived if you start on a 12-month term.
  • Projects such as a network or Wi-Fi build, a migration, or insurance-readiness hardening: a fixed-scope quote before we start.
  • Extra automation or AI build: $1,500 to $3,000 fixed scope, on top of the automations your plan already includes. We maintain it as part of your plan, with no separate monthly fee.
  • Startup Launch Stack (Workspace or Microsoft 365, device management, security essentials and core automations): a setup fee plus a per-seat price.
  • Website Care: $149 a month per site alongside a plan, or $199 on its own. Updates, backups, uptime, certificates, and 60 minutes of content edits a month. The edit scope is published in full.
  • Out-of-scope or fractional IT: $150 an hour.

What is not included

Penetration testing, formal audits, incident forensics, data-centre-scale network builds, and legal or compliance certification. Those go to specialists we have vetted, and we coordinate the work rather than pretending.

Hardware is yours to buy. We will tell you what to get and we do not take a margin on it.

Switching from another provider

We handle the move, including the handover from whoever runs things now. Devices, accounts, security and backups are taken over in a planned order, so nothing is left uncovered in between and your staff notice as little as possible. The onboarding fee above covers it.
